Live Event and Marketing Manager w|m|d hybrid work model 60-80%

As our new Partnership & Live Event Manager, you initiate goal-oriented partnerships and develop live event concepts with measurable success factors for all brands in our portfolio (anibis.ch, Ricardo, tutti.ch). You ensure that brand guidelines and the functional integration of our products are always respected, and coordinate all connected marketing, communication and legal measures within SMG GM as project manager.

You act as SPOC (Single Point of Contact) towards third party partners and coordinate all involved internal stakeholders and service providers (Marketing, Sales, Legal, Customer Service, etc.) necessary for the implementation of your projects. In order to succeed, you are accompanied by the GM Head of Content, to whom you report directly, and the GM Content and Marketing teams.
  • ESTABLISH: As a reliable contact person on behalf of SMG GM, you build up a network of third-party partners in order to be able to implement marketing measures, events and media productions smoothly and effectively. In cooperation with the marketing team or the respective project manager, you develop a comprehensive plan of action for live marketing throughout Switzerland and ensure smooth implementation with third-party partners.
  • PLAN: You plan your assigned projects in a project management tool (from SMART goal setting to accounting and reporting) and involve stakeholders and partners with responsibilities within the project in a timely manner. In addition, you support involved stakeholders in their work planning and ensure the timely delivery of their tasks to be completed.
  • ORGANIZE: You independently organize the planned tasks and coordinate them with the involved third-party partners. In addition, you ensure that tasks relating to events, advertising (BTL measures), permits (event & media production), cost control and analyses/reporting are implemented on time.
  • CONTRIBUTE: As a specialist in live marketing, you know its trends and conditions best and thus support the marketing team in finding the story angles for target group-specific marketing and sales-oriented implementation. In addition, you are also a passionate event worker, leading the event teams on the field with your flair for effective logistics coordination (in collaboration with our logistics partner).
  • MONITOR: You monitor the quality of third-party partners, create a cost control and prepare the data of the corresponding analysis for internal departments (Leadership, Marketing etc.).
These are your tasks:

You are an organizational talent who has a network of (event) organizers, organizations and service providers at disposal and knows how to detect and grasp an opportunity when it offers itself. As an experienced networker, you have advanced skills in negotiating and dealing with sponsorships, event crews and logistics. You also possess in-depth knowledge of live marketing and credible target group storytelling. Last but not least, as a great communicator, you are fluent in written and spoken GER (C2) and have advanced knowledge of ENG (FRA and ITA skills are an advantage).
